Macy Catalano grew up in the Denham Springs/Watson community and has always felt a deep connection to the people here. She earned her nursing degree in 2014 and went on to complete her Nurse Practitioner degree in 2018. For the past seven years, Macy has worked as a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner in primary care, gaining a wealth of experience caring for patients across all stages of life.

Her passion for healthcare has always been centered on prevention and empowerment—helping patients get ahead of their health instead of simply reacting to illness. That passion inspired her to take the next step in her career: opening Beyond Wellness & Aesthetics alongside her lifelong friend, Sally. Together, they envisioned creating a place where patients not only feel heard and cared for but also leave with the confidence that comes from both inner and outer wellness. Outside of work, Macy’s greatest joy is spending time with her husband and their three children. As a family, they enjoy working out and lifting, staying active, and traveling together—always making time for adventure and wellness both at home and away.

Alexa is our results-driven esthetician with a passion for skin transformations and confidence-building moments. She blends clinical knowledge with a gentle touch to deliver treatments that make your skin glow — from corrective facials to advanced skincare protocols. Alexa is known for customizing every service to your specific goals, educating you throughout the process, and making every appointment feel both relaxing and purposeful. With her expertise and commitment to healthy, radiant skin, Alexa helps our patients feel beautiful in their skin long after they leave the suite.

Sally Ball grew up in the Denham Springs/Watson community, where roots run deep and friendships last a lifetime. With years of experience in outpatient and procedural care, she’s seen how the right blend of wellness and aesthetics can change not just how someone looks, but how they feel.

That passion inspired her to team up with her lifelong best friend, Macy, to create Beyond Wellness & Aesthetics—a space where patients feel comfortable, cared for, and maybe even laugh a little along the way. Known for her relatable, down-to-earth style, Sally makes every visit feel less like an appointment and more like catching up with a friend who happens to know a lot about confidence and glow.

Outside of the clinic, Sally and her husband Corey keep busy with their two boys, Gavin and Luke. Whether it’s cheering on sports games, traveling for new adventures, or soaking up family time, life is always full of energy, laughter, and love.

As our Patient Coordinator, she’s the friendly face (and calming voice) guiding you from booking to checkout, making sure every step of your experience feels effortless. Stef keeps our days running smoothly, keeps our team organized, and ensures every patient feels seen, supported, and cared for. Her attention to detail, warm personality, and genuine love for people make her an essential part of the Beyond family — and the reason our schedules stay on track.
